Payment Options
We accept Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks, money orders
or cash.
Sales Tax
Although federal law doesn't require us to charge tax for items shipped across
state lines, you may be personally required by your state to remit sales tax.
However, if your delivery address is in South Carolina, our system will charge
you 5% state sales tax (6% if you live in a county that has a local option
sales tax).
How to Cancel or Change an Order
To make changes or to cancel your order send an e-mail to info@charlestonyachting.com
Order Processing Time
Every effort is made to ensure your order is processed and on its way to
you within 24 to 48 hours of order. In the event there is an unforeseen delay,
we will contact you via e-mail.
Credit Card is Declined
In most cases the reason for a transaction to be declined is because of:
- The credit card number is incorrect; in other words typos
- The expiration date is entered incorrectly
