Shipping Information

Orders take up to 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process before they are shipped. The shipping methods that we offer are Standard (3-7 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and Express (1 business day). Delivery times depend on processing, delivery location, and product availability. We ship only to addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or U.S. Territories.

Standard Shipping
Orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days, with the exception of back-ordered items.

Expedited Shipping
For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available. Expedited orders will arrive within 2 business days.

Express Shipping
Need it faster? We offer lightening fast express shipping, these orders will arrive in one business day.

Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival to you, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. If, after opening your shipment, you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please e-mail us at help@charlestonyachting.com within 5 days of receipt of delivery for a Return Authorization Number.
