The redesigned compass on the Commander V is now integrated into the binocular for better durability. Rubber armoring on the compass also protects it from sudden drops or bumps against other equipment. The Sports Auto-Focus system, with memory eye-pieces, keeps all images in clear focus at all times. Once set for the userÕs eye, no re-adjustment is necessary and the memory setting can be locked in to allow for instant adjustment.The ergonomically contoured eyecups, with ventilated oculars, block distracting side light and glare. Designed for use in all weather conditions, the Commander V is equipped with a rain-guard eyepiece cover that can be added or removed easily, and the navy blue rubber coating protects against impact while providing a comfortable, steady grip.
